Chouquettes are like little cream puff pastries, except without the cream inside. They’re topped with pearl sugar (which happen to be my favorite part) and make a perfect bite-sized snack.

I made chouquettes as I was making Bubble Éclairs, because the dough used is pretty much the same (choux pastry dough); two birds, one stone.  I also managed to eat this entire bowl of chouquettes all by myself in one sitting. These are pretty dangerous…P1110132
